Partnering for A Hopeful Tomorrow

We believe that the Martial Arts should be available to all children, regardless of race, religion, or economic status. To this end, we are working with several organizations including:

Confederated tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians

We can bill them directly for you, once you have filled out a youth tribal fitness form(available at our coos bay location and we will mail the completed form for you)

Operation Coquille

is a local non profit who is working with the local merchants to provide scholarship funding.

Contact: THE COQUILLE VALLEY SENTINEL 61 E. First Coquille OR 97423. Coos County Phone: 541-396-3191. Fax: 541-396-3624. E-mail: coquillevalleysentinel@yahoo.com

There is also funding for foster children in the state of Oregon to participate in sports. If you have a foster child who cam benefit from martial arts, talk with your caseworker and we will bill them for you.

Because of the growing number of children needing financial assistance we have started our own scholarship fund in the Martial Arts Booster Club, under the CREATE umbrella. At this time we are only able to provide sshort term funding for classes, and assistance for tournament.

We are looking for donors, board members and other interested parties to assist us.

The booster club has already done several fund raisers and has sent several students to tournaments they would not have had the funds to attend. They run the concessions at our tournaments.
